The "Village Squares" is a constitutionally governed square dance club located in Auburn, Alabama. We belong to the Montgomery Area Square Dance Association ( MASDA), in Montgomery, Al. and to the Alabama Square and Round Dancers Association ( ASARDA), in Birmingham, Al. The membership of our club is diverse in background and age. All are welcome; couples and singles.
We dance on Tuesdays, usually starting at 6:15pm CT at the Jan Dempsey Arts Center. New class only on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, and regular dancing (alternating Mainstream and Plus tips, with some Line dancing between) on the remaining 2 or 3 Tuesdays.
